We are growing and looking for a strong, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team. This is a high-call-volume position that requires focus, efficiency, and the ability to multitask across multiple platforms while delivering exceptional customer service. Position Overview As the first point of contact for our customers, the CSR plays a vital role in creating a positive customer experience. You will handle inbound calls, gather accurate information, schedule service calls based on technician availability, and ensure all customer interactions are documented thoroughly and professionally. This position requires someone who can grasp concepts quickly, take direction well, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and confidently manage multiple systems at once. Key Responsibilities • Answer high-volume inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner, • Accurately collect and verify customer information, • Clearly document plumbing concerns with detailed notes, • Schedule service calls based on technician capacity and availability, • Dispatch and coordinate with the operations team as needed, • Communicate effectively with customers regarding scheduling, expectations, and follow-up, • Respond to and manage customer inquiries from platforms such as Yelp, LSA (Local Services Ads), and company email, • Utilize Service Titan for scheduling, call booking, and documentation, • Maintain organized and detailed records within all systems, • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, • Participate in alternating Saturday shifts, • Be available for overtime when needed Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven ability to handle high call volume efficiently, • Strong multitasking skills (must be able to work across multiple platforms simultaneously), • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Strong listening skills and attention to detail, • Ability to follow direction and quickly grasp new processes, • Professional, positive attitude under pressure, • Accurate data entry skills, • Team-oriented mindset Preferred Experience • Experience in a plumbing, HVAC, or home services company, • Familiarity with Service Titan, • Experience using Yelp, LSA (Local Services Ads), and Gmail, • Knowledge of plumbing terminology and services What Were Looking For We want someone who cares about people, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
