Responsibilities: • Administer Spravato treatments and oversee patient monitoring for safety and efficacy., • Utilize acute care expertise to manage patient safety, monitor potential adverse reactions, and handle emergent situations., • Provide patient education on treatment protocols, risks, and post-treatment care., • Collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans., • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all safety protocols., • Work with the administrative team to ensure a smooth patient experience., • Support clinic growth by staying current on best practices in medicine and integrative health. Qualifications: • Active and unencumbered NP license in Oregon (or eligibility for licensure)., • Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care, acute care settings, emergency departments, or urgent care., • Interest in psychiatry, functional medicine, psychedelic medicine, and longevity-focused treatments., • Certification in BLS/ACLS (required)., • Passion for patient-centered, holistic care with an emphasis on mental health and wellness., • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
