4Month ContracttoHire 100% OnSite Remote support required every Background and drug screening required Role Overview We're seeking a to support live commercial building operations within . This role focuses on realtime diagnostics, alarm triage, and SLAdriven decisionmaking that directly impacts building performance and customer operations. What You'll Do • Diagnose and resolve alarms, offline devices, connectivity issues, scheduling/setpoint discrepancies, and sensor or point failures, • Manage structured ticket queues: create, triage, prioritize, escalate, and close incidents, • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, internal teams, and facility stakeholders on status, resolution steps, and escalations, • Document diagnostics, actions taken, and outcomes clearly and accurately, • Assist with system updates, portal maintenance, and additional operational support as needed, • High School Diploma or GED, • 1+ year of experience in technical support, controls/HVAC troubleshooting, building systems support, facilities operations, or related environments, • Strong diagnostic skills beyond basic desktop or callcenter support, • Ability to interpret system alarms, connectivity issues, schedules, and basic control settings, • Familiarity with ticketing systems and queuebased support environments, • Exposure to BAS/EMS platforms and protocols such as:, • Niagara / Tridium, BACnet, Modbus, JCI Metasys, Siemens Desigo, Schneider EcoStruxure, Honeywell WEBs, or Distech, • Background in facilities operations, building automation, mechanical/electrical services, or energy management, • Clear path for technical and career growth, • Handson exposure to realworld building systems and operations, • Medical, dental & vision, • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital, • 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available, • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents), • Short and long-term disability, • Health Spending Account (HSA), • Transportation benefits, • Employee Assistance Program We're partners in transformation.
