Job Description Now HIRING FOR A NEW RESTAURANT OPENING Position Overview: With limited supervision, the Service/Bar Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the front of house functions in a restaurant, including appearance, guest experience, leadership of team members, scheduling of front of house positions, and effective communication with General Manager. About the Role We are seeking a reliable, organized, and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee daily food service operations supporting University of Kentucky Athletics, including the football team. This position primarily operates Monday through Friday, focusing on breakfast and lunch service, with occasional dinners and select weekend events as needed. This is a hands-on leadership role best suited for someone with restaurant, catering, or institutional food service experience who thrives in a structured but fast-paced environment.
