Job DescriptionEmployment Opportunity: Host Home Provider Compensation: $150-300 a day Schedule: Live-in / 24-hour support model We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Host Home Provider to offer housing and supportive services to an adult male with high support needs in a structured home environment. This role is ideal for an individual or couple with experience in caregiving, behavioral support, or human services who can provide a stable, consistent, and well-supervised living arrangement. More Maitri, Inc. is a non-profit human service agency dedicated to providing supports and services to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. More Maitri, Inc. is currently seeking a Host Home provider to support a male with intellectual disabilities who also is a line-of-sight sex offender and may not be around children. A Host Home Provider is an individual (or Individuals) who provides residential support in their home to people receiving comprehensive services who are not family members. A Host Home Provider is an Independent Contractor and is not an employee of the service agency. More Maitri, Inc. contracts directly with the Host Home Provider. A Host Home Provider (Contractor) shall perform his/her duties as an independent contractor and not as an employee of More Maitri, Inc. Individual Overview • Adult male with significant support needs, • Requires close supervision, structure, and assistance with daily living, • Registered sex offender, • Cannot reside in or be around homes with children (minors)Key Responsibilities, • Provide a safe, stable, and supportive home environment, • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as required, • Implement behavior support and supervision plans, • Ensure compliance with all safety plans, supervision requirements, and court or program restrictions, • Coordinate with case managers, therapists, and support staff, • Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the support team, • Overall management of Medical/Health Services, • Assist with medications and support as needed, • Driving to and from appointments and other activities, • Completion of daily documentation and submission of documentation monthly to More Maitri, Inc., • Assist with daily living and personal care, • Provide meals and assist with preparation of meals, • Support and assistance around consumer finances, • Daily Support and Supervision of Resident, • Ensure overall health and safety of home and services provided, • Home Requirements, • No children or minors living in or frequently visiting the home, • Ability to ensure the individual has no contact with minors, • Willingness to follow all safety protocols and monitoring requirements, • Adequate space and a private bedroom for the individualProvider Qualifications, • Experience in caregiving, behavioral health, developmental disabilities, or related fields preferred, • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and follow structured support plans, • Pass all required background checks, training, and approvals, • Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills, • Current Drivers License and Automobile Insurance, • Host Home Liability Insurance, • Homeowners or Renters Insurance, • HUD Inspection, • Pass Background Checks, • Up to Date CPR/First Aid, CPI, and QMAP trainings, • We Offer, • Ongoing professional support, • Training and guidance, • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact through stable, ethical careSerious inquiries only.
