Job Description Our property is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! This position will be part-time, 2 to 3 days a week, usually Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Training may take place on a 4 to 5-day schedule until complete. Compensation: $11 - $11.50 hourly Responsibilities: • Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed, • Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay, • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management, • Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested, • Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentagesQualifications:, • Overnight shift; requires flexible hours, • Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required, • Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus, • Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired, • Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not requiredAbout Company We are an extended-stay hotel with suites.
