You will mask and tape areas not requiring painting and apply paint to parts, equipment, and structural surfaces on the interior and exterior of ships and shipyard buildings. You will mix materials according to the Product Data Sheet, inspect painted areas, and perform touch-up work as needed. JOB DESCRIPTION: The role of a caregiver at Golden Care is to provide high-quality, non-medical care and support services to clients, delivering care with professionalism, empathy, compassion, kindness, and in a respectful manner. Some caregiver duties include, but not limited to; • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients., • Providing clients with Alzheimer’s/Dementia or related behaviors (i.e., wandering, paranoia) a safe and secure environment by monitoring their health and safety, as it is a priority., • Assist clients with all their ADL’s (Activates of Daily Living) in accordance with individualized care plans (i.e., personal hygiene assistance—oral care, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, bathing, dressing, etc.), • Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing to maintain a clean-living environment., • Meal preparation and assist with feeding if needed., • Transferring & Ambulation—provide safety, stability and support while client is mobile and during transfers., • MUST have at least 3 months of professional experience working as a caregiver;, • MUST be, or willing to register as a California Home Care Aide (HCA);, • MUST be able to clear a criminal background check by the DOJ/FBI;, • MUST have a current Negative Tuberculosis (TB) test (or willingness to complete one);, • MUST obtain a valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle;, • MUST be 18 years of age or older;, • Follow clients’ provided plan of care, safety precautions and procedures., • Monitor, observe and report suspected concerns or change of clients' condition or health status to a supervisor or the appropriate parties immediately., • MUST be reliable, dependable, and be on-time., • MUST dress professionally., • MUST be kind, empathetic, compassionate, respectful, have a positive attitude and great work ethics., • MUST have a passion and the desire to help others improve their quality of life, while maintaining clients' self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality., • Paid training (paid at minimum wage)., • Bi-weekly pay., • Flexible schedule (4-to-15-hour shifts. day, evening, overnight, weekend shifts available)., • Insurance Benefits (Health, Life, Vision, Dental, and 401(k) with matching) for qualified caregivers., • Referral Bonus Program., • 24/7 office support.
