Project Coordination: • Support the Site Managers/Superintendents in coordinating all phases of construction, ensuring seamless communication and execution., • Assist in setting up job sites, ensuring proper signage, safety equipment, and overall readiness for the construction process., • Oversee project storage and manage the security camera system, including coordinating with the Marketing on timelapse cameras. 2. Documentation and Administration: • Create and maintain field binders for the Site Managers/Superintendents., • Assist in preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes for project-related meetings., • Manage the processing of change orders, purchase orders, and other project-related administrative tasks as directed by the Site Managers/Superintendents., • Assist in the coordination of client-supplied items, ensuring timely procurement through Fohlio., • Set up new subcontractors in BuilderTrend and handle subcontractor onboarding. 3.
