At least 5 years of experience in woodworking, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and equipment. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
