This role will serve as the bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadershipensuring our platform is clearly differentiated, enterprise-ready, and consistently represented across every customer touchpoint. This is a highly visible individual contributor role focused on product marketing strategy, customer insights, competitive intelligence, analyst engagement, and product launches. The ideal candidate has strong B2B SaaS product marketing experience and a proven ability to translate complex technology into compelling customer value propositions that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. The Product Marketing Manager will act as the voice of the market internally while ensuringExtuspeaks with oneclear, differentiated voice externally. Key Responsibilities Product Partnership & Customer Insights • Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights, • Act as the voice of the customer and market internally, • Conduct win/loss analysis, customer research, and buyer insight initiatives to refine positioning and go-to-market strategy, • Translate technical platform capabilities into compelling business outcomes and customer value narratives, • Own and evolveExtusmessaging architecture, ensuring consistency across enterprise buyers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders, • Define and advanceExtuscategory narrative and platform positioning within the market, • Develop differentiated value propositions, buyer messaging frameworks, and persona-based positioning, • Lead competitive intelligence efforts, including battlecards, market analysis, and differentiation strategies, • Own go-to-market strategy and launch readiness for new products, platform capabilities, and enhancements, • Develop and execute launch plans in partnership with Product, Sales, Growth Marketing, and Leadership teams, • Align pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies to market opportunities and customer needs, • Coordinate product launches, announcements, and commercialization initiatives, • Build andmaintainstrategic sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling guides, and competitive battlecards, • Partner with Sales Leadership to refine messaging based on buyer feedback and field insights, • Equip revenue teams with clear, differentiated narratives that improve pipeline acceleration and win rates, • Manage relationships with key industry analysts including Gartner, Forrester, and IDC, • Develop analyst briefing materials and market landscape documentation, • Synthesize analyst research and competitive insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, and Leadership, • Coordinate participation in analyst evaluations, reports, and strategic briefings, • Partner with Growth Marketing and Demand Generation teams to ensure campaigns align with core product positioning and buyer pain points, • Drive messaging alignment across integrated marketing programs, events, PR, and customer communications, • Support launch readiness and adoption initiatives across Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams, • Define and track KPIs tied to product launches, positioning effectiveness, sales enablement adoption, and market engagement, • Analyze pipeline, adoption, engagement, and competitive performance data tooptimizego-to-market strategy, • Establishing a clear and differentiated market position forExtusPartner Experience Platform, • Improving sales confidence and consistency through strong enablement and positioning, • Driving successful product launches with measurable adoption outcomes, • Increasing analyst recognition and market awareness, • Strengthening strategic alignment between Product, Sales, and Marketing Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, • Proven experience owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for software or technology platforms, • Experience partnering directly with Product Management and Sales teams, • Experience launching SaaS products or enterprise technology solutions, • Strong understanding of product commercialization, customer adoption, and buyer journeys, • Experience building sales enablement and competitive intelligence assets, • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills, • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action, • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Preferred Qualifications * Experience in enterprise SaaS, channel technology,MarTech, or partner ecosystem platforms • Familiarity with pricing and packaging strategy, • Existing analyst or media relationships within relevant technology industries, • Experience helping shape or define emerging technology categories, • Salesforce or similar CRM experience Physical Requirements • Travel requirement infrequent, • Ability to lift 10 pounds (laptop for work), • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time at a computer., • Move about inside the office for meetings and to access office equipment, • Communicate verbally with clients through phone and call center software.
