Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting attorneys and clients throughout the lifecycle of personal injury cases—from initial intake through settlement. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently, and a client-focused approach. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred to better serve our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct initial case screenings and client intakes, including gathering relevant facts, documentation, and background information, • Evaluate potential cases and assist in determining viability under attorney supervision, • Open and set up new claims with insurance companies and relevant parties, • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and ensure engagement throughout the case process, • Coordinate and schedule client medical treatment, including appointments with providers and specialists, • Monitor client treatment progress and compliance, ensuring proper documentation is maintained, • Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other case-related documents, • Draft demand letters and settlement packages for attorney review, • Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other third parties as needed, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in the firm’s case management system, • Prior experience as a personal injury case manager or in a similar legal support role preferred, • Strong understanding of personal injury claims process and insurance practices, • Excellent organizational and time management skills, • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite, • High level of professionalism and client service orientation, • Competitive salary based on experience, • Health, dental, and vision insurance (if applicable), • Paid time off and holidays, • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Paid time off Work Location: In person
