Duties and Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of the Facilities Technician include all aspects of the facility and the departments within in terms of addressing the respective maintenance and repairs necessary to maximize production and prevent failures while maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation inside the facility and production areas. • Responsible for daily sanitation procedures including bathrooms, hallways, break areas, and anything inside/outside of the facility., • Restocks all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), trash, and restroom supplies throughout the building daily., • Perform minor repairs of all buildings and equipment with minimal supervision including but not limited to grow lights, fans, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc., • Perform major repairs at the direction and under the supervision of the Facilites Manager.
