Job Description Senior Recruiting Specialist (Outbound Sourcing & Candidate Outreach) About Conveyance Talent & This Role At Conveyance Talent, we change lives by connecting great people with great opportunities. This role is for someone who is energized by picking up the phone, starting conversations, and building a pipeline from scratch. You'll spend the majority of your day doing outbound calls, follow-ups, and candidate outreach—finding talent, qualifying them, and guiding them into the recruiting process. Location & Schedule • Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm, • In-office, • 1131 E Westview Ct, Suite 110, Spokane, WA 99208 What You'll Do Every Day (This is a calling role) Outbound Outreach & Pipeline Building (Primary Focus) • Make high-volume outbound calls to identify and engage qualified candidates, • Source talent through internal database, LinkedIn, referrals, prior searches, and direct outreach, • Reconnect with past candidates and revive dormant relationships through consistent calling, • Build and maintain a personal pipeline of active and future-ready candidates, • Conduct phone screens and gather candidate details, motivations, compensation expectations, and career goals, • Take structured candidate intake notes and complete internal candidate data sheets, • Present opportunities to candidates in a confident, compelling, and professional way, • Coach candidates through interviews, offers, resignations, and transitions, • Build trust through clear communication, professionalism, and follow-through, • Develop long-term relationships for repeat placements and referrals, • Learn the industries and job markets we recruit in and stay curious about what drives talent Activity & Performance Expectations This role is measured by activity and outcomes. You will be expected to consistently hit the following: • 50+ outbound dials per day (minimum), • 10+ live candidate conversations per day, • 2–4 completed candidate intake sheets per day, • 1–2 candidate submissions per day (on assigned job orders), • Participate in 2–3 placements per month (after Q1 ramp-up) The Ideal Candidate Has: You will do well here if you are… • Comfortable and confident on the phone, • Motivated by daily goals and measurable performance, • Persistent, disciplined, and able to handle rejection without getting rattled, • Naturally curious about people and what drives their career decisions, • Able to build rapport quickly and keep conversations moving, • Sales, customer service, or recruiting experience, • Cold calling, outbound prospecting, or commission-based environments, • Comfort with LinkedIn and sourcing tools What We Expect From You • Show up.
