Job Description Job Summary The Saw Operator/Saw Trim is responsible for operating industrial saws to cut and trim pallet components to exact specifications while maintaining high levels of accuracy, consistency, and safety. This role performs a variety of assembly-line production tasks, including sorting and stacking cut materials, adjusting saw settings for optimal performance, and maintaining equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. The Saw Operator plays an essential role in meeting daily production goals and maintaining quality standards for pallet manufacturing and repair. This may include exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold), and moderate to high noise levels. Steel-toed boots and other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
