Job DescriptionSalary: A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior level Program Analyst to support the FAAs AJW-L340 Logistics Management organization, which provides critical supply chain, provisioning, and materiel support for NAS equipment across Technical Operations. AJW-L340 uses key logistics systems including the Logistics Center Support System (LCSS), F&E Project Materiel Management (PMM), and the Washington Item Manager (WIM) environment to manage catalog data, stock levels, demand planning, and asset movement throughout the FAAs logistics network. The FAAs current IFS-based logistics solution will undergo a major transition to a cloud platform over the next year. The selected analyst will support day-to-day sustainment operations, provide Tier 1 assistance to WIMs, and help maintain accurate provisioning and catalog data, and support process documentation. The role also includes updating guidance documents, mapping current processes to the new environment, conducting recurring training for logistics personnel, and performing user testing to validate system functionality and workflows during the upgrade. Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day logistics and sustainment support to AJW-L340 and Washington Item Managers (WIMs)., • Deliver Tier 1 support for WIM inquiries, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating escalations., • Support and maintain activities within the Logistics Center Support System (LCSS) and related FAA logistics tools., • Execute and track tasks associated with Facilities & Equipment (F&E) Project Materiel Management (PMM)., • Assist WIMs with cataloging, provisioning, stock management, demand tracking, and materiel planning., • Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, SOPs, job aids, and guidance materials., • Map current-state logistics and supply chain processes to support the upcoming IFS system upgrade to a cloud-based platform., • Participate in business process reviews, identify gaps, and recommend workflow improvements., • Provide recurring training and onboarding sessions to WIM personnel on existing and updated processes and tools., • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) including test planning, execution, defect logging, and coordination with developers., • Coordinate with FAA stakeholders to ensure consistent materiel management practices and compliance with FAA logistics policy., • Perform quality checks, data validation, and administrative oversight to ensure accuracy and completeness. Skills Required: • 20+ years of experience in logistics, program analysis, supply chain operations, or sustainment support in a federal environment., • Ability to deliver hands-on training and user guidance to WIMs and other logistics personnel., • Strong background in asset management, lifecycle management, inventory control, and supply chain operations., • Proven ability to map and document processes, develop SOPs, and create workflow diagrams and guidance materials., • Experience conducting user testing (UAT), test planning, documenting defects, and validating new system functionality., • Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to validate data and maintain accurate records., • Strong communication skills for stakeholder briefings and producing clear, comprehensive written documentation., • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Skills Preferred: • Prior, direct experience supporting FAA AJW-L340 or related Technical Operations logistics organizations., • Deep working knowledge of LCSS, F&E PMM, and Washington Item Manager (WIM) processes., • Experience with IFS, including participation in an upgrade to IFS Cloud or another cloud-based ERP system., • Familiarity with FAA supply chain policies, NAS lifecycle management, warehouse operations, and material acquisition processes., • Experience with structured process improvement, workflow analysis, and sustainment optimization., • Background with government sustainment programs, provisioning, cataloging, and NSN management., • Experience providing Tier 1 technical and process support to logistics users or item managers., • Experience developing and delivering formal training programs, curriculum, and knowledge-transfer plans., • Experience supporting a system transition or upgrade, ideally in a logistics/ERP environment., • Ability to analyze logistics data and prepare metrics, readiness reports, or dashboards., • Experience with FAA NAS or Mission Support systems. Education: • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 20+ years relevant experience OR, • Master's degree in a related field and 15 years relevant experience. Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US. The salary range for positions is $50,000 to $175,000. This range is provided as a general guideline and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of compensation. Actual salary offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidates education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition, compensation may be influenced by applicable Federal Government contract labor categories and established contract wage rates.
