The Behavioral Health Navigator will provide ongoing care to all enrolled participants while working to connect them with long-term community support. The Behavioral Health Navigator will establish professional relationships with various community partners and other nonprofit organizations. The Behavioral Health Navigator is also expected to participate in team meetings, training, and other additional duties as assigned by the Director of Behavioral Health. Manager - Data Center Operations Role: We are currently hiring for the Swing Shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Monday - Friday The Manager - Data Center Operations must possess an expert level of knowledge and will be responsible for the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the data center electrical, mechanical, fire life safety systems, and communications infrastructure. Mechanical responsibilities will include chilled water systems and components, HVAC systems such as roof top units, CRAC/CRAH units, and humidification systems. Electrical responsibilities will include electrical/critical power distribution from the Utility/Generator main switchgear through the UPS systems out to the customer load. Fire Life Safety responsibilities will include wet sprinkler systems and pre-action sprinkler systems as well as their associated detection devices. Communications Infrastructure responsibilities will include IDF / MDF / MMR management, structured cabling and supporting infrastructure ownership, and customer space management. The Manager - Data Center Operations is responsible for vendor management inclusive of daily work as well as service contracts. Project management experience is required as the manager will be responsible for managing all aspect of projects from conception to completion. The employee will also be accountable for commissioning activities within the data center. The position requires expert ability in MOP writing. This position will also be directly responsible operational efficiency and energy management within the data center. The manager will be expected to develop and implement operational strategies aimed at improving data center efficiencies without increasing uptime risk to the customer. A Data Center Manager is also responsible for ensuring the facility adheres to all compliance and audit requirements as well as company and industry standards. The Manager - Data Center Operations will be a training instructor and assist the Data Center Senior Manager in ensuring all technicians are qualified within the data center. The Data Center Manager will ensure technicians are aware of all code and standards revisions. The Manager - Data Center Operations will assist the Data Center Senior Manager and Market director in developing financial OPEX and CAPEX budgets and forecasts. The manager will model proposed project ROI. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships and help drive key deals across global accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities will include actively participating in customer sales meetings, driving presentations of technical solutions, whiteboarding, custom technical design, and properly scoping out services-related work. You will team with your sales counterparts to build and nurture customer relationships, partner with multiple OEMs, and consistently seek areas of value for our customers. Technical expertise expansion is highly encouraged, as you explore new areas of interest and stay at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies. You'll have opportunities to work independently and collaboratively, and will be supported to grow to your full potential. This role requires 40%–50% domestic and international travel. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Demonstrate strong understanding of some or all of the following technologies: Software defined architecture, (SD-WAN , SD-LAN) Data centre technologies (ACI, VMware, VDI etc) Security solutions (NGFW, ZTN, SASE) and knowledge of AI infrastructure (Nvidia, low latency network architecture)., • Familiarity with major networking vendors, e.g. Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Nvidia HPE-Aruba, Palo Alto Networks, etc, • Adept at using initiative, discretion, and judgment to apply technical solutions to complex sales opportunities., • Ability to translate design requirements into BOMs and partnering with procurement to generate quotes, • Experience of customer interactions with technical staff., • Knowledge of sales cycle., • Impactful verbal and written communication and good presentation skills., • Great relationship building skills, tenacity, resilience., • Ability to work independently and remotely as well as with your team to accomplish objectives., • Good understanding of the market space and offerings., • Solid understanding of technologies such as campus networking (L2/L3), SDx & programmability, datacentre & cloud, AI Infra, and security., • Strong industry knowledge and operational empathy, • 5+ yrs of pre-sales engineering or related experience, • Cisco CCNP or CCIE or JNCIE, or Arista L5 certifications., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Write and speak English fluently., • Experience supporting global enterprise clients across multiple regions and time zones., • Familiarity with AI/ML workloads and how networking impacts performance in high-compute environments., • Exposure to hyperscaler environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud networking architectures., • Understanding of optical networking technologies and low-latency infrastructure for AI clusters., • Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform) for network orchestration., • Ability to create and deliver technical enablement sessions or workshops for internal teams or clients., • Multilingual capabilities or experience working in multilingual environments., • Prior involvement in RFP/RFI processes and technical proposal development., • Knowledge of sustainability practices in IT infrastructure and data center design. Job Description Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company is actively recruiting for a temporary Legal Operations Associate on a remote prestigious corporate client in the cash management industry. This is a 3 month temporary position and is fully remote. Responsibilities: • Provide operational support for the various programs and projects that the Legal Operations function handles including but not limited to e-billing, outside counsel management, general legal process and support activities., • Oversee the outside counsel and vendor management program, including onboarding, invoice review and processing, and timekeeper rate reviews to ensure compliance with billing guidelines., • Become a subject matter expert and serve as the primary point of contact for assistance for the legal team's core technology stack including the matter management system, IP management system, eBilling system, electronic signature tool, and the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform., • Maintain up-to-date and accurate centralized knowledge management resources and draft process and procedure documentation., • Identify and lead opportunities for process improvement, exploring and integrating approved AI tools to drive and streamline the implementation of workflows, automation, and best practices to increase the team's efficiency and scalability., • Assist in legal budget planning process, including monthly accruals, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with the Finance department., • 3+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology with focus on the use of technology in case management, eBilling, and matter management., • Experience as a corporate paralegal, either at a law firm or in an in-house legal department. Demonstrated expertise with corporate entity management, including state filings, business license filings, and corporate governance., • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Legal Studies, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience)., • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
