Duties • Represent debtors, creditors, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy and restructuring matters., • Handle Chapter 11 proceedings and sophisticated out-of-court restructuring transactions., • Advise clients regarding distressed mergers and acquisitions and distressed asset transactions., • Participate in creditor negotiations, restructuring strategies, and insolvency-related disputes., • Conduct legal research and prepare strategic analyses regarding restructuring and bankruptcy matters., • Draft pleadings, restructuring agreements, financing documents, and transaction-related materials., • Collaborate with transactional, finance, and litigation teams on complex restructuring matters., • Manage sophisticated restructuring cases and transaction timelines efficiently., • Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy, risks, and developments., • Support distressed investing, private credit, and capital solutions matters.
