Job DescriptionCommercial / Industrial Electrician (Journeyman / Foreman) Location: Kansas City Metro (Local Work) Pay: Competitive hourly pay (up to $48/hour - all based on experience and interview) Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Commercial & Industrial Construction Job Description We are hiring experienced Journeyman and Foreman‑level Electricians for commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Kansas City area. This role involves hands‑on electrical installation work, with leadership responsibilities for foreman‑level candidates. Key Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on commercial and industrial job sites, • Bend and install conduit (EMT, rigid, IMC), • Pull and terminate wire and cable, • Install panels, switchgear, lighting, and devices, • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings, • Perform work in compliance with NEC and local codes, • For Foreman level:, • Lead and supervise electrical crews, • Plan and assign daily tasks, • Coordinate with project managers and other trades, • Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on siteQualifications, • Journeyman Electrician license preferred (KS and/or MO), • 4–6+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience, • Foreman candidates must have prior leadership experience, • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and jobsite practices, • Ability to read blueprints and layouts, • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred, • Reliable transportation and tools, • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in construction environmentsPay & Benefits, • Competitive hourly pay up to $45/hour (based on experience and role), • Overtime opportunities, • Steady, long‑term local work (home nightly), • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) and paid time off (if eligible)Work Environment, • Commercial and industrial construction sites, • Indoor and outdoor work Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
