Job Summary: The Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the shipping, receiving, and inventory processes within the organization. This role ensures efficient and accurate operations, maintains inventory levels, and coordinates with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods. Key Responsibilities: • Inventory Management:, • Supervise inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials., • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies., • Coordinate with controller and warehouse manager to implement good inventory procedures for arranging inventory, • Shipping Operations:, • Manage shipping activities, including packaging, labeling, and shipping of products., • Oversee the loading and unloading of shipments., • Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries., • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements., • Receiving Operations:, • Supervise the receiving process, including verifying quantities, quality, and damage., • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness., • Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely processing of invoices., • Team Management:, • Lead and manage a team of shipping, receiving, and inventory personnel., • Provide training and development opportunities for team members., • Assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient operations., • Monitor performance and address any issues or concerns., • Warehouse Management:, • Ensure the efficient organization and layout of the warehouse., • Maintain a clean and safe working environment., • High school diploma or equivalent., • 3-5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management., • Strong organizational and time management skills., • Proficiency in inventory management systems and software., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines., • Forklift operator certification., • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)., • Monday thru Friday, • Shift flexibility (3 shifts to choose from), • Market competitive medical insurance, • Dental, • Life Insurance, • 401K, • Discretionary Profit-Sharing Program with a guaranteed 3% At Aeromotive Inc., we don't just ship parts-we fuel passion.
