Role Overview As the Service Technician , you’ll have a big mission. This position will assist in diagnosing problems and making general repairs and assists with apartment make-readies. This position also assists with preventive maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects for the property. Key Responsibilities • Uses industry-specific technology to ensure all repairs and replacements are completed timely to restore units to move-in ready condition within company standards., • Completes maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep within company standards including exterior grounds and common areas of the property, troubleshooting HVAC and assisting with make readies., • Assists with the identification and correction of hazardous community conditions and liabilities and reports hazards to Community Manager and Service Manager., • Assist in ensuring that established preventive maintenance programs are followed and documented per BH program guidelines., • Responsible for the maintenance and security of all property-issued tools., • Post notices to vacate and other community communication, if applicable., • Shares on-call responsibilities, including inclement weather conditions, with the maintenance team. Job Description Members of the Metrology team support processes for laboratories at Viracor with a focus on maintaining CLIA, CAP and NYDOH, GxP accreditation by using and maintaining procedures and software or other methods to perform, train, document, assist others to ensure complete and appropriate documentation of required tasks and records. The Laboratory Metrology Technician (Tech) is responsible for conducting and documenting cleaning, calibration, preventive maintenance functions, and documenting excursions from expected performance as outlined by management in the laboratory areas. Laboratory Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Level I – • Perform and/or assist with instrument maintenance such as plate readers and washers, liquid handling equipment, front end lab automation equipment, centrifuges, balances, etc., • Responsible for performing and documenting cleaning of the laboratory areas and equipment, • Perform periodic maintenance and cleaning on ULT freezers, refrigerators and cryostorage equipment., • Maintain cleaning and maintenance records as required, • Instrument calibration activities and documentation including environmental monitoring system and laboratory equipment as directed (Pipettes/Temperature probes), • Respond to and document environmental alerts, ensuring documentation of actions taken/escalate as
