Job Description Join Our Team as a Events and Sales Assistant at Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our events and sales initiatives, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will assist with the planning and execution of various events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning and organization of various events, including conferences, trade shows, and corporate meetings., • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and transportation for events., • Support the sales team by preparing sales materials and presentations for client meetings., • Maintain and update event schedules, budgets, and guest lists to ensure accuracy and timeliness., • Serve as a point of contact for event attendees, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed., • Proven experience in event planning or sales support, preferably in a corporate environment., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members., • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software., • Competitive hourly wage: $19 - $23 per hour., • Opportunities for career development and growth., • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.
