Job Description El Operador de Curado / Copado desempeña un papel fundamental en el proceso de producción de adoquines de concreto, supervisando, manipulando y asistiendo en las etapas de curado y acabado para garantizar una calidad constante y el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad. Este es un puesto físicamente exigente en un entorno de manufactura caliente, húmedo y con mucho polvo, ideal para personas que se sientan cómodas trabajando de pie durante todo el turno en condiciones industriales. Responsabilidades • Asistir en el proceso de curado y acabado de los adoquines de concreto para cumplir con los requisitos de producción y calidad., • Supervisar los adoquines durante la producción para asegurar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos., • Manipular materias primas y productos terminados de manera segura y eficiente durante todo el proceso de producción., • Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura en todo momento., • Cumplir con todas las normas y procedimientos de seguridad, incluyendo el uso adecuado del equipo de protección personal (EPP)., • Trabajar en colaboración con compañeros de equipo y supervisores para alcanzar los objetivos de producción diarios y semanales., • Reportar de inmediato cualquier falla de equipo, riesgo o preocupación de seguridad al personal correspondiente., • Realizar tareas generales de mano de obra, producción y ensamblaje según sea necesario para apoyar las operaciones de manufactura., • Utilizar herramientas manuales como pulidoras y esmeriladoras según se requiera durante el proceso de acabado., • Cumplir con los horarios de producción y trabajar de manera constante en el turno asignado, incluyendo horas extras cuando sea necesario.Habilidades Esenciales, • Capacidad para realizar levantamiento pesado, incluyendo levantar hasta 50 libras según sea necesario durante el turno., • Comodidad para trabajar durante períodos prolongados en condiciones industriales calientes, húmedas y con polvo., • Capacidad para estar de pie, caminar, agacharse y levantar objetos de manera continua durante el turno., • Disposición y capacidad para seguir procedimientos de seguridad, requisitos de EPP y estándares de producción., • Fuerte ética de trabajo, confiabilidad y asistencia constante durante el turno asignado., • Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras según las necesidades de producción., • Experiencia en trabajo general, producción o manufactura, o una fuerte disposición para aprender., • Capacidad para usar herramientas manuales básicas como pulidoras y esmeriladoras de manera segura y efectiva., • Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente como parte de un equipo en un entorno de producción de ritmo rápido. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
