Branch Manager Job Summary The Branch Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and overall profitability across assigned branch and on-site locations within a defined geographic market. This role serves as a strategic leader, aligning sales execution, workforce delivery, and operational processes to meet client demands while maximizing branch performance. Accountable for full P&L ownership, the Branch Manager ensures that all recruiting, sales, and operational functions are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and service quality. This position plays a critical role in developing high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and executing growth strategies that enhance market share and competitive positioning. Branch Manager Key Responsibilities Financial & Operational Leadership • Own and manage full branch P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, and cost control in alignment with company targets., • Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and proactively address variances to ensure financial performance., • Oversee accounts receivable performance, ensuring DSO targets are met through disciplined client management and internal accountability., • Ensure operational processes, controls, and documentation (including Avionté) are executed consistently to support efficiency, compliance, and scalability., • Analyze corporate and branch-level reports to identify trends, improve performance, and implement corrective action plans. Sales Growth & Client Strategy • Lead and execute branch sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets and expand market share., • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and account growth., • Maintain awareness of local market conditions, competitor activity, and pay/bill rate trends to ensure competitive positioning., • Partner with operations, sales, and accounting teams to deliver high-quality Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic client insights. Team Leadership & Talent Development • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team across sales, recruiting, and operations functions., • Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability measures aligned with company objectives., • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and career development planning to support employee growth and retention., • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven culture that promotes engagement, accountability, and results., • Identify succession planning opportunities and develop future leaders within the organization. Recruiting & Service Delivery Excellence • Ensure the branch consistently delivers high-quality recruiting outcomes, meeting client headcount demands and service level expectations., • Drive consistency in hiring, onboarding, assignment management, and customer service delivery across all accounts., • Ensure staff has a clear understanding of client requirements, expectations, and service standards., • Proactively implement company programs, procedures, and policies to maintain operational integrity and service excellence. Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including EEO/AAP and subcontracting guidelines., • Conduct periodic internal audits and reviews to maintain compliance and mitigate risk., • Safeguard company proprietary, confidential, and competitive information. Branch Manager Education & Experience • High school diploma or GED required., • Associate or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered, • 5-7 years of experience in staffing, branch management, or operations leadership, • Proven success managing P&L, driving sales growth, and leading high-performing teams, • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and staffing platforms such as Avionté, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while maintaining professionalism and operational accuracy, • Must be bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written), • Must have a valid driver’s license, active automotive insurance, and reliable transportation Skills & Competencies • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities., • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and support multiple operational systems., • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint., • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment., • Clear, professional communication skills with employees, leadership, and external vendors at all levels., • Collaborative approach to working with both internal teams and external partners., • Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement., • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support operational initiatives, branch locations, or company projects. Work Environment • Position is primarily performed in an indoor, professional office setting., • Regular travel will be required to branch offices, client sites, or company locations as needed., • Must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain current auto insurance, and have reliable transportation to travel to branch offices or other company locations when required.
