You'll operate at both a strategic and executional level, partnering closely with leaders across the business to hire exceptional talent across our stores and HQ. From standing up hiring in new markets to improving systems and processes, you'll build a recruiting engine (0 → 1 and 1 → 10) that can scale with the business. This role directly shapes who we hire, how we grow, and the long-term quality of our teams. You'll be expected to think big, move quickly, and get your hands dirty. This is fully in-person based in our Brooklyn HQ and reports to the Senior Director of People.
