Job DescriptionJob Title: Contracts AdministratorJob Description We are seeking a dedicated and organized Contracts Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various teams across regional offices. This role involves managing and tracking contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents to ensure department efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities • Collect signatures on NDAs, bids, and other contract documents, and file executed documents., • Utilize AI playbook to generate first-round comments on NDAs and form terms and conditions., • Assist with the compilation of documents required to respond to customer bids and RFPs., • Respond to incoming lease, contract, and vendor requests, providing operations teams with appropriate templates., • Assist with tracking corporate reporting and compliance filings across multiple states., • Monitor and track legal costs and expenditures to ensure departmental efficiency and budgetary compliance.Essential Skills, • 1 to 3 years of experience managing similar responsibilities, preferably within the construction, utility, or renewable energy sectors., • Strong organizational skills to manage workflow of routine operational agreements., • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with project managers, procurement teams, and corporate executives.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Experience in negotiation, NDA, legal documents, and contracts administration., • Proficiency in contract management and administrative support.Work Environment This is an on-site position in Garden City, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The office environment is dynamic and collaborative, providing an excellent opportunity for growth and development. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Garden City, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
