About the Role This Paralegal plays a critical role in supporting an insurance law practice through project coordination, legal support, contract lifecycle management, and compliance administration. This position ensures smooth workflow across multiple workstreams with extensive client contact. What You'll Do Project Management • Coordinate and track progress of contract review, ensuring all deadlines and submission dates are met., • Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists, and status reports for attorneys and clients., • Facilitate communication between internal teams, insurance brokers and external stakeholders., • Maintain document repositories for case files and project deliverables.
