Job DescriptionBeverly Hills law firm is seeking Litigation Attorneys to handle all aspects of cases, from pre-litigation to litigation. Tasks include investigation of facts and liability, monitoring medical treatment, communicating with clients, case management, demand writing, negotiating claims, filing lawsuits, preparing discovery, and preparing for trial. Must be highly motivated, have excellent writing skills, and be able to work in a team environment. Looking for three to fifteen years of litigation experience. Personal Injury experience is a plus but not a requirement. Job Description LOCATION: Beverly Hills, CA PAY RANGE: $125K - $180K Key Responsibilities: • Draft and argue various motions, including motions for preliminary and final approval and opposing motions to compel arbitration., • Conduct legal research and analysis., • Prepare legal memoranda and briefs., • Provide strategic legal advice to the litigation teams., • Review and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to cases., • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and preparation., • A minimum of 2 years of experience engaged in law and motion practice, preferably in employment law, and ideally PAGA and wage and hour class actions., • Experience drafting and arguing motions in state and federal court., • Strong legal research and analytical skills., • In-depth understanding of state and federal court procedures and deadlines., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
