Work within a prototype environment directly with schematics and drawings for new product builds. Responsibilities • Perform harness assembly, soldering, box assembly, button-up, and final testing within the electrical assembly department., • Work extensively with harnesses and soldering, following schematics and diagrams., • Proficiency in electronic assembly and blueprint reading., • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical prints., • Experience using hand and power tools; experience with shop tools such as lathes, mills, and drill presses is desired., • Prior experience with mechanical assembly, point-to-point electrical wiring, soldering, and wire harness assembly., • Point-to-point wiring and experience with harnessing wires., • Assembly experience within a manufacturing environment., • Familiarity with power screwdrivers and hand tools., • Basic computer and typing skills., • Basic math skills., • Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or detailed work instructions., • Preferred experience in testing and troubleshooting. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
