Amenities at this apartment communities vary but can include a community room, computer room, and onsite laundry. These two properties have a total of 75 units. The Maintenance Technician II will be required to perform essential maintenance duties including repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and janitorial tasks.
