We're Looking For Someone Who Is • Highly organized and detail-oriented., • Proactive and able to work independently without constant direction., • Positive, energetic, and dependable., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment., • Good with their hands and excited to learn balloon styling and installations., • Professional when interacting with clients, venues, and vendors., • Physically able to lift event materials and work on-site., • Has a valid driver's license (preferred) and is comfortable traveling throughout NYC. Qualifications • Previous operations, administrative, hospitality, retail, or event experience is a plus but not required., • Excellent communication and organizational skills., • Comfortable using Google Workspace and basic business tools., • Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends for events. Position Details • Part-time: Approximately 15–25 hours per week., • Location: Manhattan, with travel throughout New York City for events., • Opportunity to grow into a full-time operations role as FIA continues to expand.
