For additional information and consideration, please contact Kevin Sweet directly at 682-499-1182 or via email at Responsibilities include: • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP, • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, • Manage tax preparation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships, • Perform balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance, • Process payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable, • Conduct cash flow analysis and support budget/forecast planning, • Meet with clients both in person and remotely to deliver financial insights and tax guidance, • Mentor junior accounting staff and promote best practices, • Maintain the highest ethical standards in all accounting and client-facing activities Perks & Benefits • Annual bonus based on individual and firm performance, • Fully paid annual company trip, • Holiday party and team-building events, • Ongoing training and career development, • Supportive leadership and positive, inclusive culture, • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Experience Requirements • Bachelor degree in accounting or finance, • CPA or parts passed is highly preferred but not required, • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in public accounting and tax accounting, • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, financial modeling), • Familiarity with QuickBooks, • Hands-on experience with double-entry bookkeeping, payroll, and general ledger accounting, • Ability to clearly interpret complex financial data and communicate it to clients and internal stakeholders, • Knowledge of auditing principles and procedures is highly desirable, • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and client-service mindset
