Job DescriptionSalary: $125k$165k, commensurate with experience Job Summary: Victory Healthcare Communications is seeking a polished, strategic, and highly organized Associate Creative Director to lead creative development on, and manage a high-profile market access account for a major pharmaceutical company. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced team leader with a strong portfolio, deep expertise in payer, coverage and reimbursement, and distribution channel communications, and exceptional project and client management skills. This role requires someone who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and execute flawlessly. Youll work closely with cross-functional partners to create high-impact, compliant assets that clearly convey clinical, economic, and societal value for stakeholders across the access ecosystem. Essential Responsibilities: • Own and guide the creative process from concept through execution, delivering compelling resources across payer, hospital, channel distribution, and administrative/HCP channels., • Lead day-to-day development and production of market access assets (payer value decks, coverage and reimbursement tools, segmentation strategies, and support materials) from concept to final delivery., • Collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams on strategic and creative solutions., • Help lead brand planning workshops that revitalize strategic objectives., • Translate economic, scientific, clinical, and strategic insights into compelling materials that demonstrate product value to payers, decision-makers, and influencers., • Collaborate closely with strategy and medical teams, as well as others on the account team to ensure alignment with access goals and compliance standards, including ISI, fair balance, and MLR (Medical, Legal, and Regulatory) process., • Present work confidently and persuasively to clients, articulating how creative choices support both strategic and business objectives., • Provide clear direction, ensuring quality control and consistency across all deliverables., • Guide and mentor creative team members, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and a positive, respectful leadership presence., • Support project owners at meetings with the MLR/CRC (Copy Review Committee) team, and manage asset approval through Veeva PromoMats and other platforms to ensure all materials meet FDA and client compliance standards., • Maintain rigorous adherence to timelines, budgets, and internal workflows., • Present confidently to clients, articulating rationale behind creative decisions with professionalism and clarity. Experience & Skills: • Experience: 8+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing; 35 years in market access (payer, access, and reimbursement focus) required., • Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand and synthesize scientific and strategic content into clear, actionable creative concepts that resonate with target stakeholders., • Strong Portfolio: Exceptional visual and/or verbal storytelling abilities with a solid portfolio showcasing market access, payer, or reimbursement-focused work (PIE decks, value proposition, formulary kits, specialty pharmacy, etc.), • Leadership & Communication: Strong communicator and active listener who can translate client needs into smart, actionable plans while maintaining a collaborative, positive, solutions-first mindset under pressure., • Executional Excellence: For multiple projects with competing priorities, ensure cohesive creative strategy, execution, consistency, and quality across all creative outputs within an account, while adhering to brand standards and editorial style guides., • Organization: Detail-oriented and process-driven, with excellent project and time management skills, and clear understanding of the medical/legal/regulatory environment and communications review process., • Proficiency with Veeva/Veeva PromoMats and experience navigating the Promotional Review process and MLR teams., • Bachelors degree preferred or relevant experience. Technical & Computer Skills: • Expertise working in an Apple/Macintosh computer environment, as well as Apple software., • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint, Teams, Copilot)., • Solid knowledge of Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs, Meet, and Gmail)., • Solid knowledge of Adobe Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)., • Proficiency with Veeva CRM and PromoMats., • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello, Filemaker) is a plus.
