Job Description Employment Services Coordinator Responsible for development, implementation, and management of various types of ACCES-VR services provided by EFR. Duties include job development and job matching, working with the individual seeking employment and identifying and matching approved employment services providers with participants. Responsible for training, monitoring, and following the consumer services, and ensuring paperwork is completed. Position Responsibilities: • Provide ACCES-VR employment services to individuals with disabilities which includes help locating, developing, and maintaining competitive employment for participants., • Work with businesses to obtain work experience opportunities for participants, • Provide timely reports on individuals' progress, including daily documentation, and other as needed or requested., • Providing Pre-Employment Transition Services such as teaching classes to students and/or finding individuals work-based learning experiences., • Teaching classes on job exploration, post-secondary educational programs, self-advocacy, and workplace readiness., • Develop and model work-related behaviors in service recipients such as time and attendance, appropriate dress, communication skills, accepting supervision and travel skills., • Follow and maintain days and hours of services as assigned, providing safe transportation as needed., • Other duties as assigned. Essential Skills: • Ability to work independently in schools and community settings with sound decision making and judgment., • Ability to assist a person with employment support needs, assisting with reasonable accommodations, and facilitating a relationship with the employer and coworkers., • Effectively develop and deliver training and instruction to groups and individuals., • Ability to work with a diverse population., • Ability to interact professionally with all stake holders, including students, parents, staff from schools, agencies, and businesses. Qualifications: • A bachelor's degree in a human services field and at least two (2) years' experience working with individuals with disabilities. Project Managers will manage our window and door replacement projects starting with the technical measures and job specifications. Through the installation process they will ensure homeowner delight, while focusing efforts to meet/exceed expectations. All our Project Managers go through several months of paid training working with our Master Installers to learn about products and installation process. During that training period you will learn the Renewal by Andersen way. This will include taking measurements, placing orders, taking inventory of all materials needed for each project, troubleshooting and submission of completed files once the project is completed. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Overseeing a project from start to finish * Accurately measure the dimensions of an existing opening and determine the appropriate installation process for windows and doors * Responsible for conducting technical measurements and determining installation materials, duration, and other requirements * Recognize situations that could impact customer expectations, job costs, and/or code performance and provide alternatives as needed. * Evaluate the condition of existing structure, frames, sash, casing, and trim * Determine the installation labor duration as well as installation materials needed to successfully complete each project * Responsible for maintaining communication with installers during installations to assist with trouble shooting and to regularly visit and inspect installations in progress to ensure quality standards and exemplary customer service is being provided * Responsible for providing ongoing training and coaching for installers on technical capabilities and customer service, as well as to review installation processes and best practices * Responsible for maintaining regular communication with operations and sales team to answer concerns and questions regarding the ordering, scheduling, and services of projects. * Submitting and reviewing all window/door/material orders for each job that you are overseeing * Submit all projects to Order fulfillment team for ordering in a timely manner (within 48-hour turnaround) with use of tablet and computer. * Provide final review of projects before order is submitted (within 72 hours of notification) High School Diploma or equivalent required * A minimum of 3-5 years work experience in the window and door industry * Experience installing replacement windows and doors * Complete extensive training on the installation of windows and doors in the field • Valid NYS Drivers License with clean driving record Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques diligence and attention to detail * Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication * Good critical thinking and planning skills * Strong time management skills * Ability to be very detail oriented * Conflict management skills Ability to contribute to a positive team culture and create a culturally inclusive environment * Ability to be empathetic and build trusting team member and customer relationships * Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively * Ability to effectively problem solve in a fast-paced environment • Ability to actively receive and seek Feedback
