Job Description About the Role: The CNC Machine Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. This position requires a strong attention to detail to ensure that all products meet exact specifications and quality standards. The operator will interpret technical drawings and blueprints to program machines accurately and make necessary adjustments during production runs. Additionally, the role involves routine inspection of finished products and troubleshooting any mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
