Job Description We are a growing regenerative medicine clinic and wellness center offering cutting-edge treatments. Our offerings include Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Stem Cell Therapy, and Shockwave Therapy. These treatments are highly effective but not typically covered by insurance, which means patient education, relationship-building, and sales are critical for success. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and people-oriented individual to serve as the primary point of contact for patients interested in regenerative medicine. The ideal candidate will help patients understand their options, support them throughout treatment, and work closely with the doctor and our team to expand this aspect of the practice. This role blends sales, patient education, and clinical support. Depending on your strengths, experience, and background, we can tailor the role specifically for you. Responsibilities • Manage the patient pipeline using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Call new leads, send emails, schedule appointments, manage payments, and follow up., • Be in the room with the doctor during consultations to help patients understand treatment costs, benefits, and next steps., • Reliable and fast learner: Learn new software and manage it without constant supervision., • Strong communication skills: Ability to explain medical treatments in simple terms., • Self-motivated with strong follow-through: You don’t need to be told twice., • Comfortable with sales conversations and discussing out-of-pocket costs., • Outgoing and personable: Patients should feel comfortable and confident with you., • Positive, problem-solving attitude: You find solutions instead of waiting for instructions.
