Essential Functions * Works with NJTC/PATC program management as well as the district/community partner point-of-contact to develop strong relationships with the site staff and community * Ensures that tutors have the necessary materials needed to help scholars succeed. * Completes and submits digital records of tutor and scholar attendance, scholar rosters, and site concerns. * Works closely with program staff and participates in weekly coaching meetings with tutors * Manages the tutor's work schedules. * Apprise the Program Manager of staff issues immediately and helps work to resolve them. * Review tutor performance and provide guidance as needed. * Ensure that tutors are using all materials needed to help scholars succeed. * Observe tutoring sessions and provide constructive feedback to tutors. * Assist tutors with data-driven instruction using iReady. * Provides coverage in the absence of a tutor.
