Learning and Development Manager Our client, a hedge fund located in NYC is seeking an Employee Experience and Engagement (Learning & Development) Manager to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in L&D, who can design and facilitate content, with a passion for driving employee growth in a fast-paced environment. The main responsibility will be to manage and deliver impactful learning programs to support the development of employees at all levels. Key Responsibilities Program Management • Manage the end-to-end delivery of regional offerings, including planning, scheduling, logistics and evaluation, • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives, • Track program metrics to measure effectiveness, impact and as well as identifying areas for improvement., • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for learning initiatives Program Facilitation • Experienced with hosting and facilitating regional sessions; briefing speakers, hosting programs, and facilitating and conducting learning workshops, • Proficiency in designing workshops, • Able to localize learning content and materials to ensure relevance for the region while maintaining global standards Stakeholder Collaboration • Build strong relationships with internal teams to align learning initiatives and business goals, • Act as a point of contact for employees seeking learning opportunities and career development, • Support and advise department leaders within the region Measurement and Analysis • Manage course registrations, attendance, and report on program outcomes, • Compile data and analytics to assess the impact of learning programs, • Provide general administrative support Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in learning and development, program management, or a related field of experience, • Self-directed, solution orientated and organized problem solver, • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, • Strong program management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, • Strong interpersonal skills working collaboratively across a global team of colleagues Salary Range: 160-250K base depending on experience Work Environment: 5 days in office
