About Our Learning Program - Game-Making Community: Endless Access is developing a unique and scalable learning model that empowers students to develop and demonstrate workplace-ready future skills through applied learning and peer-to-peer mentorship within a connected game-making community. Our innovative approach ensures that, regardless of background or prior experience, all learners become digital creators. We support equitable game-making skills development through a learning experience made available on an affordable PC, accessible to those without access to broadband internet. This scalable model creates real pathways to employment and entrepreneurship while building a supportive community where learners learn from each other as much as from professional mentors. Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator with 45 years of marketing experience to support our games, learning programs, the Device Access program, and organization-wide initiatives. This role is designed for someone who is bilingual (Spanish/English), data-informed, and able to work autonomously on campaigns and create quality digital content, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift across programs and partnerships. The goal is to take our brand and programs to the next level of visibility and growth. You will manage campaigns and content across social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, events, and partnerships. Working closely with a junior Marketing Coordinator, cross-functional teams, and the Director of Marketing, you will help us expand our reach, engage diverse communities, and deliver high-quality marketing that reflects our mission. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel to conferences and events, and requires Availability across the UK, EST, and West Coast time zones. Key Responsibilities • Content & Campaigns, • Develop bilingual marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, blogs, newsletters, website content, and campaign assets., • Multimedia content (video, audio, images) design and creation using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and AI-powered platforms., • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery across channels., • Coordinate with vendors and partners on campaign execution and asset creation., • Social Media & Community, • Manage and grow our social media channels, with a focus on gamer and educator communities., • Create and schedule content tailored for gaming audiences, SaaS partners, and educators., • Track engagement and community growth, adjusting strategies to improve results., • Analytics & Reporting, • Monitor and analyze performance across channels, preparing regular reports for leadership., • Use dashboards and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to evaluate website traffic, funnel performance, and campaign ROI., • Apply insights to optimize content and community growth strategies., • Cross-functional Collaboration, • Work with internal teams (programs, games, partnerships) to align campaigns with shifting organizational priorities., • Support logistics for events, webinars, and trade shows. (Growth focus), • Ensure brand consistency across all content and campaigns., • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field., • 5+ years of marketing experience (games, SaaS, or education preferred)., • Native or near-native Spanish fluency, with advanced English proficiency., • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot/Mailchimp, Salesforce, and GA4., • Show us your portfolio. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting educator or community-driven acquisition funnels., • Event coordination experience (conferences, webinars, trade shows)., • Previous experience in nonprofit, edtech, or gaming environments.
