Description Position Overview: The Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for the coordination and direct oversight of the medical services. The nurse will be responsible for the smoking cessation, diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, HIV, AIDS, and substance abuse workshops, medication compliance, and one on one session with each client. Four days/28 hours per week Responsibilities: Coordinating the care of clients; Liaising with clients, relatives and fellow professionals in the community treatment team and attending regular meetings to review and monitor clients' care plans; Visiting clients in their home to monitor progress; •Assessing clients' behavior and psychological needs; •Identifying whether and when clients are at risk of harming themselves or others. Assessing and talking to clients about their problems and discussing the best way to plan and deliver their care; Ensuring the correct administration of medication, including injections, and monitoring the results of treatment; Responding to distressed clients in a non-threatening manner and attempting to understand the source of distress; Applying 'de-escalation' techniques to help people manage their emotions and behavior; Preparing and participating in group and/or one-to-one therapy sessions, both individually and with other health professionals; Providing evidence-based individual therapy, such as cognitive behavior therapy for depression and anxiety; Encouraging clients to take part in art, drama or occupational therapy where appropriate; Organizing social events aimed at developing clients social skills; Preparing and maintaining client records; Producing care plans and risk assessments for individual clients; Ensuring that the legal requirements appropriate to a particular setting or group of clients are observed; Working with clients families and helping to educate them and the client about their mental health problems; Promoting a 'recovery' based approach to care. Other duties as assigned by the Program Director or the Senior Director of Community Resources. Contribute to the care planning process by providing the Clinical Director other care planning staff with specific information and observations of the client's needs and preferences. - Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of each client in the delivery of services to them. Interact with residents in a manner that displays warmth and promotes a caring environment. - Fully understand all aspects of the client's rights, including the right to be free of restraints and free of abuse. Responsible for promptly reporting to the Clinical Director incidents or evidence of resident abuse or violation of the client's rights. - Complete records documenting care provided or other information in keeping with department policies. - Perform all job responsibilities in accordance with prescribed safety and infection control procedures including thorough hand washing, use of disposable gloves where indicated, and proper disposal of soiled materials. Tasks: - Adhere to all documentation regulations including but not limited to the EHR System, OASAS, AWARDS, incident reporting, daily logs, progress notes, and medication logging. - Assist in maintaining a safe, neat, and clean environment; report environmental deficiencies to the Clinical Director such as lighting or equipment problems. - Observe clients for changes in medical condition or behavior and promptly report these changes to the Clinical Director and Associate Area Director. - Monitor and document patient medication as related to the facility DEA license and regulations including taking vital signs (TPR), applying creams/ointments, collecting laboratory specimens. - Change and wash linens on each assigned shift. - Conduct and document rounds on each shift. - Obtain food handler license within 30 days of written notification from Clinical Director. - Perform various tasks assigned by the Clinical Director as needed. Requirements and Qualifications: - A high School diploma or equivalent, previous Nursing Assistant experience or Certification preferred . - Skills needed include Proficient use of computer and software applications, moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations, empathetic stance, and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills; ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift items weighing 50 pounds or less - Valid Drivers License Preferred

The Home Delivery advisors are responsible for oversight of the delivery process at the store level. This role is responsible for the efficient execution of Customer deliveries while upholding the brand's retail promise. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure products are delivered in a timely manner. Provide customers alike with information on types, methods and efficacy of various cannabis products (we do not provide medical advice). When making deliveries, payment must be collected before delivery is sent out. Follow OCM regulations and safety standards Coordinates and support orders delivery Provide unmatched delivery and customer service to customer alike Restock delivery inventory bins, and conducting audits as needed. Ensure clear and accurate communication with customers for day of delivery Clearly and accurately communicate any updates or concerns to the management team Verify daily delivery finances and inventory are accurately accounted for Manifest audits and oversee delivery software/tools Perform other duties as assigned by management that may pertain to budtending or other aspects of day to day operations. Minimum Qualifications: Previous experience in delivery/delivery services preferred Must be comfortable driving for extended periods of time in any weather.
