Job Description Office Administrator Primary Job Responsibilities The office administrator at Congregation Beth El will be the point person for general administrative responsibilities including serving as the receptionist, answering phones, taking messages, filing, emailing, scanning, and photocopying documents as needed for senior staff. They will also assist in all office functions including the management of membership databases and ensuring effective and personable communications with congregants to ensuring their needs are met while collaborating with the Executive Director on tasks deemed necessary by him.
