A Day in the Life You arrive at your assigned production area and start by shadowing a new process rollout. Within hours, you’ve mastered the steps, converted them into teachable, on-the-job lessons, and begun coaching technicians across shifts. By mid‑day you’re refining evaluation criteria for both technical accuracy and communication, then mentoring technician‑trainers on how to adapt coaching to different learning styles. Before close, you audit training artifacts for version control and compliance, update progress dashboards, and align returning technicians to the latest standards. Your north star: every station in scope runs to standard, every shift, with a self‑sufficient, high‑velocity, high‑quality team. This is a full-time, hourly role with equity and comprehensive benefits.
