It is important to keep a smile on your face at all times. - Transaction Handling: Process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently using the restaurant’s POS system. - Order Taking: Ensure customer orders are entered correctly into the system and communicate any special requests to the kitchen. - Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the cashier station, dining area, and drink/condiment station clean and organized throughout the shift. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth and fast service during busy hours. - Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary. - Uphold Standards: Follow all health, safety, and restaurant cleanliness guidelines, including handling food properly and ensuring sanitation practices are in place.
Working Conditions:
