Job DescriptionDescription: GBS is looking for a BCBA in Edison, NJ for a case with an adult client. This case has availability Monday-Friday between 3:30pm-9:30pm, and Saturday/Sunday between 8:30am-3:30pm for a 5 hour assessment and 4 hours per month. Position Summary: The BCBA is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing effective, individualized interventions for individuals with autism and behavior challenges. This role requires the ability to recognize and discuss signs of autism, as well as an understanding of diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum and behavioral disorder. As part of an interdisciplinary clinical team, the BCBA collaborates with other professionals to design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that promote skill development and improve quality of life for clients.
