Job DescriptionDescription: GBS is looking for a BCBA or Behaviorist in Passaic, NJ for an adult client. This case has availability Monday through Friday from 3:30pm-9:30pm for a 5 hour assessment + 5 hours per month. The BCBA pay rate for this position is $80-$110 per hour. The Behaviorist pay rate for this position is $60-$65 per hour. Position Summary: The BCBA is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing effective, individualized interventions for individuals with autism and behavior challenges. This role requires the ability to recognize and discuss signs of autism, as well as an understanding of diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum and behavioral disorder. As part of an interdisciplinary clinical team, the BCBA collaborates with other professionals to design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that promote skill development and improve quality of life for clients. Full-time BCBAs are expected to dedicate their professional practice exclusively to Graham Behavior Services and may not provide ABA therapy through other agencies while employed full time. Duties and Responsibilities: Billable Services: • Conduct initial and concurrent assessments; develop individualized treatment plans every six months., • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) during the initial assessment or when problem behaviors arise., • Review treatment plans and BIPs with parents/caregivers prior to implementation, ensuring signatures are obtained on all plans., • Inform supervisor if additional service hours are needed for assessments, training, or supervision., • Conduct ongoing data analysis; update goals and objectives with the client present at least weekly., • Bring necessary instructional materials to client sessions at least weekly., • Provide direct services to clients when behavior therapists are unavailable., • Train and supervise behavior therapists on skill acquisition programs and BIPs., • Email supervisor if unable to provide supervision during any week the client is receiving therapy., • Provide parents and caregivers with training on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies., • Assist caregivers in navigating IEPs, evaluations by other providers, understanding autism, ABA principles, and special education systems., • Coordinate care between home, school, and other service providers to ensure consistency and alignment of treatment goals. Non Billable Services: • Assists in conducting annual evaluations of behavior therapists., • Schedules monthly clinics with family, therapists, and director, as needed., • Updates client schedule in Google Drive as needed., • Conducts calls with families as needed to troubleshoot problems or parent questions., • Maintains open communication with parents and behavior therapists including scheduling home programming., • Alerts supervisor if scheduling problems arise that cannot be resolved., • Supervises BCBA candidates, BCaBa, and RBT candidates., • Attends meetings, events, group calls, trainings, workshops, and seminars as required by Graham Behavior Services., • Completes projects such as participation in the Graham Behavior Services podcast, ABA Ultimate Showdown, creating presentations and trainings, blog posts, and additional website content as required., • Performs other related projects and duties as assigned., • Checks Graham Behavior Services email address daily from Monday through Friday., • Monitors children for signs of child abuse, and reports incidents of suspected abuse to supervisor immediately., • Informs supervisor of any problems or concerns with staff, clients, client’s family, and systems or procedures used by Graham Behavior Services. Preferably from an ABA accredited program., • Must possess a BCBA license in the state of NJ and maintain a BCBA license in good standing., • Training and certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Program (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst., • Acquire and maintain supervision credential through BACB to provide supervision for BCaBAs, BCBA candidates, and RBTs., • Minimum two years experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Job Description The Role: This role owns the full lifecycle natural gas and liquid fuels sourcing strategy for power generation assets under development. For gas-fired generation, fuel reliability determines revenue certainty, and this role ensures projects are not only financed and built, but fuel-secure, market-aligned, and operationally resilient across multiple U.S. regions. As a senior individual contributor with strategic oversight responsibility, you will be responsible for securing reliable, cost-effective fuel supply while managing commodity risk, pipeline capacity constraints, operational reliability exposure, and contractual risk. Supporting both development-stage projects and operating assets, you will ensure fuel certainty aligns with construction timelines, electricity market participation strategy, and financial objectives. You will report to our Chief Development Officer, Data Centers, and will be based in either our West Palm Beach, Chicago, or New York City offices. Key responsibilities will include: Fuel Strategy & Market Intelligence • Develop and execute a comprehensive natural gas and liquid fuels procurement strategy aligned with project development schedules and operational reliability requirements., • Curate real-time and forward market intelligence to identify regions with available pipeline capacity, areas with excess marketer supply, and structural pricing advantages., • Inform site selection decisions based on pipeline constraints, receipt point optionality, and long-term gas deliverability. Commercial Structuring & Contracting • Lead negotiation of natural gas supply agreements, fuel offtake agreements, transportation and capacity release agreements, and firm and interruptible pipeline capacity contracts., • Structure gas procurement strategies, including fixed versus indexed supply, hedging strategies, basis risk management, and park and loan arrangements., • Manage relationships with gas producers, marketers, and suppliers., • Develop commercial structures to mitigate development-stage and operational fuel risk. Pipeline & Infrastructure Relationships • Build and maintain relationships with interstate and intrastate pipeline operators., • Maintain strong working relationships across major gas marketers and trading desks., • Engage pipeline companies early during project development to assess expansion feasibility or capacity constraints., • Monitor FERC filings and pipeline tariff changes that affect procurement strategy.
