Job DescriptionSyracuse Hearing Solutions, known for delivering personalized care, is looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, and determined Front Office Coordinator at their Camillus, NY location. The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact with patients and is responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, making and taking phone calls, and promptly conveying all necessary information to the staff while providing an exceptional experience. Qualified candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. The ideal Patient Care Coordinator candidate exhibits the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and anticipate workload without compromising patient care quality.
