Job Description About the Role Ocean Edge Services is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Operations Coordinator – Offsite Services to manage day-to-day execution of purchasing, expediting, logistics, and document control functions for our offsite service operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do * Manage procurement of materials, services, and parts—evaluate vendors and negotiate value, delivery, and risk * Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to meet project timelines * Maintain procurement logs, invoice reports, and job documentation * Support quoting, forecasting, and proposal generation * Communicate directly with vendors and customers to manage expectations and resolve issues * Audit open orders and maintain compliance with customer delivery and documentation processes * Track project close-out requirements and submit final MRB documentation * Prepare payroll submissions, labor tickets, and expense reports related to assigned projects What You’ll Need * Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (bachelor’s preferred) * 5+ years of operations, logistics, or procurement experience * Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills * Experience in subsea, oil & gas, or manufacturing industries preferred * Excellent communication skills and customer focus * Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Why Join Ocean Edge Services * Competitive compensation * Stability and growth in the energy services industry * Opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a high-impact role * Supportive team culture with hands-on leadership * Exposure to critical operational processes across the business Apply now to join a team where operational excellence isn’t a buzzword...it’s how we work.
