Consistent and timely documentation and communication of problems regarding primary care staff., • Sign time sheets for nursing and NP staff., • Assist with MA, front desk performance reviews in collaboration with Administrative Director., • Perform annual performance review of RN in collaboration with Director of Primary Care Services., • Major role in interviewing and hiring of primary care clinical staff in collaboration with Director of Primary Care and Administrative Director.
