Why Join Our Team? • Established Group Practice: You'll join a respected team of nine Urologists, plus a Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner, with a shared goal of expanding services and patient reach, • Balanced Clinical & OR Time: Monday-Thursday schedule (8 AM - 5 PM) and a half-day on Friday, with OR typically one to one and a half days weekly at a center equipped with two da Vinci robots, • Predictable Call Structure: Enjoy a manageable 1:5 call rotation (weekdays and weekends), covering both clinic and hospital patients, • Attractive Compensation & Growth: Financial package up to $500,000 with call included, plus a clear track to partnership within three years, a $3,000 CME allowance, relocation assistance, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits Candidate Requirements • Board certified or board eligible in Urology (per bylaws), • Open to new graduates or up to five years of experience, • American and international medical graduates welcome (must be eligible to work in the US - visa sponsorship not available), • Robotic fellowship is a plus, but not required Live and Work in Huntsville, Alabama Huntsville, Alabama, offers an exceptional blend of professional opportunity and quality of life that's hard to match.
