Qualifications: * Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology * Interest in a diverse practice encompassing both obstetrics and gynecology, including surgical procedures * Strong clinical and communication abilities * Dedication to providing exceptional, team-oriented care * New graduates and recent alumni are encouraged to apply Compensation and Perks: * Starting Salary: $325,000 – $350,000 * Additional compensation for extra shifts * $50,000 signing bonus * $25,000 retention bonus at the start of the second year * $25,000 retention bonus at the start of the third year * Resident compensation available – up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on * The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other applicable cash compensations. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer.
