Job Description Position: Bilingual HR/Recruiter Location: Fort Myers, Florida Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Compensation Range: $28-33/hr (Based on Experience) About the Opportunity Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Recruiter to support the recruitment and onboarding of field, skilled trade, and leadership positions within the landscaping industry. The HR Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation. This position will also support employment eligibility compliance, employee data management, training initiatives, and employee referral programs. Key Responsibilities • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, • Manage full-cycle recruiting using Team Engine, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, and hiring., • Recruit for field and leadership positions, including:, • Ground Maintenance Labor, • Pest Control Technicians, • Irrigation Technicians, • Arbor/Tree Crew, • Enhancements Crew, • Operations Supervisors, • Account Managers, • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Team Engine, employee referrals, social media, job fairs, community outreach, and other recruiting channels., • Monitor and respond to Team Engine AI candidate conversations daily, providing timely responses whenever possible., • Conduct interviews and candidate communications in both English and Spanish., • Partner with branch managers and operations leadership to understand hiring needs, staffing priorities, and workforce planning., • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for seasonal and year-round staffing needs., • Attend weekly safety meetings to promote the employee referral program and encourage employee participation in recruiting efforts. Onboarding & Compliance • Coordinate and assist with new-hire orientations at branch locations., • Complete and verify pre-employment requirements and employment eligibility documentation., • Process and maintain E-Verify information in accordance with applicable requirements., • Help ensure recruiting and onboarding processes comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations., • Enter, update, and maintain accurate employee and hiring information in IPS/Nova and QuickBooks., • Ensure information remains accurate and consistent across applicable systems. Training & Development Support • Assist with onboarding and employee training initiatives using the Greenius training platform., • Set up training assignments and track completion., • Provide assistance to employees and managers with training-related questions and system usage., • Collaborate with HR, Safety, and Operations teams to support safety, compliance, and skills-based training programs. Candidate Experience & Employer Engagement • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process., • Provide a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience., • Develop and maintain bilingual recruiting and onboarding materials., • Build relationships with employees, candidates, community organizations, and other talent sources to strengthen recruiting pipelines. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience., • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in landscaping, construction, skilled trades, or other field-based industries., • Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written., • Experience using Team Engine or a similar recruiting platform., • Experience maintaining employee and hiring information in IPS/Nova, QuickBooks, or similar HR/payroll systems., • Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms., • Working knowledge of E-Verify and employment eligibility requirements., • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and effectively use multiple HR, recruiting, and training systems., • Ability and willingness to travel to branch locations as needed., • Ability to attend weekly safety meetings and respond promptly to candidate communications., • Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities across multiple locations. Preferred Qualifications • Experience recruiting for landscaping, construction, skilled trades, green industry, or other high-volume hourly positions., • Experience recruiting supervisors, managers, or other leadership-level positions., • HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent., • Experience supporting learning management systems (LMS) or employee training platforms., • Experience working in a multi-location or branch-based organization. Work Environment & Schedule • Primarily office-based in Fort Myers, Florida., • Regular travel to branch locations for orientations, recruiting activities, and employee engagement initiatives., • Participation in weekly safety meetings., • Frequent use of computers, phones, recruiting platforms, HR/payroll systems, and other technology., • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak hiring periods.
